Refund policy

 

Every garment from Triveni Dhir Label is 100% handmade. We don't mass-produce or hold inventories. The idea behind this is to eliminate wastage and pass on the cost benefit to you, in form of reasonable prices. And since every product is made-to-order, we are currently offering exchanges only in the case of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please make sure to record an unboxing video and report the issue to us within 48 hours. The video will take around 30 seconds but will avoid unnecessary back and forth, and ensure that you get your exchange request accepted as fast as possible.

Cancellations

We follow Just-in-Time (JIT) practices at Triveni Dhir Label. Our production starts as soon as we receive an order. That said, in case you want to cancel your order for whatever reason, please intimate your cancellation request to us within 12 hours of placing your order via an email at cancellations@trivenidhirlabel.com or send us a DM on Instagram (@trivenidhirlabel)

Refunds

After successful cancellation of your order, we will immediately process the refund amount back to source. Please note that the refund amount can take 3-7 days to reflect in your account. 

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that we don't accept exchanges in case of customizations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well.
